Closed attic assemblies are an important part of building a smarter, more energy efficient and more comfortable home. Closed attics installed by Evergreen are unvented to the outside and sealed against infiltration of air and humidity.
Services Offered
Evergreen uses spray foam insulation installed by its own specially trained and certified installation crews to create closed attic systems. Closed attics are code-accepted and energy efficient.
In addition, Evergreen installs spray foam insulation in wall cavities and, if applicable, floor joists of new and existing construction helping to create a sealed envelope system.
